Configure socket's transmit IPv4 Type of Service (TOS).

Arguments

sock_id

This is the socket ID of socket to configure transmit IP TOS.

ip_tos

Desired transmit IPv4 TOS.

p_err

Pointer to variable that will receive the return error code from this function:
