This chapter gives you some insight into how to install and use µC/FTPs. The following topics are explained in this chapter:

  • Prerequisites
  • Downloading the Source Code
  • Installing the Files
  • Building and Running the Sample Application

At the end of this chapter, you should be able to build and run your first web application using the µC/FTPs.

 

Note that μC/HTTPs requires the presence of a Real Time Operating System (RTOS). As mentioned in µC/FTPs Directories and Files, μC/FTPs is delivered with ports for μC/OS-II and μC/OS-III, but it is possible for μC/FTPs to be used with another RTOS by providing appropriate implementations.
