FS_ERR_NONE
Partition added.
FS_ERR_NAME_NULL
Argument name_dev
passed a NULL pointer.

Notes/Warnings
- Operations on an affected file or volume will fail with an FS_ERR_DEV_CHNGD error.
- Invalidation will happen automatically following a removable media change.
