Arguments
path_dir
String buffer that specified EITHER...
(a) the absolute working directory path to set;
(b) a relative path that will be applied to the current working directory.
p_err
Pointer to variable that will receive the return error code from this function:
FS_ERR_NONE
Working directory set.
FS_ERR_NAME_NULL
Argument path_dir passed a NULL pointer.
FS_ERR_VOL_NONE_EXIST
No volumes exist.
FS_ERR_WORKING_DIR_NONE_AVAIL
No working directories available.
FS_ERR_WORKING_DIR_INVALID
Argument path_dir passed an invalid directory.
