Pointer to variable that will receive the return error code.

argument should be inspected to determine whether or not HTTPs instance successfully started. If HTTPs instance did not successfully start, refer to function definition header in http-s.c
for possible return error codes to locate where the HTTPs instance start failed.

Before starting an instance with HTTPs_InstanceStart()
function, the instance must has been initialized with HTTPs_InstanceInit
function.
