Configure socket's transmit queue size.

Arguments

sock_id

This is the socket ID of socket to configure transmit queue size.

size

Desired transmit queue size.

perr

Pointer to variable that will receive the return error code from this function:

For datagram sockets, configured size does not:

For steam sockets, size may be required to be configured prior to connecting (see section C-14-6 “NetTCP_ConnCfgTxWinSize()”).
