ISO/IEC 9899:TC2, Section 7.4.1.2.(2) states that “isalpha() returns true only for the characters for which isupper() or islower() is true”.

Example Usage

          CPU_CHAR     ch;
          CPU_BOOLEAN  alpha;


          ch    = ASCII_CHAR_LATIN_UPPER_G;
          alpha = ASCII_IS_ALPHA(ch);
