Arguments
sock_id
Socket ID.
p_msg
SMTPc_MSG structure encapsulating the message to send.
p_err
Pointer to variable that will hold the return error code

Notes / Warnings
- The function SMTPc_SetMsg has to be called before being able to send a message.
- The message has to have at least one receiver, either "To", "CC", or "BCC".
