When using a UI client such as Filezilla client, it is important to configure properly the connection with the server to use only one connection at a time to avoid issues. By default a UI client is trying to do data requests simultaneously instead of queuing each it.
As example in Filezilla FTP client, you must configure a site and limite the number of simultaneous connections allowed to 1.
